We didn’t want to believe it, but it looks like Randy Travis is in a little trouble with the law again!
According to TMZ.com, he was involved in a crash, and taken into custody after being under the suspicion of a DWI.
As bad as it sounds, we wish it was only that simple.
According to the report, Travis was not only NAKED and laying in the road when cops arrived, but he also threatened to shoot and kill the arresting officer.
He was would not take a breathalyzer and had to be transported to the hospital to have blood drawn! His car was also found in a construction zone, where he must have hit several things before his 1998 Trans Am came to a stop.
The report from TMZ also states that the incident took place around 11pm last night and he has just been released from jail after posting an almost $22,000 bond.
This is not Randy’s first run in with the law. If you recall he was arrested in February for public intoxication.
