A few years ago, Sara Evans and her ex-husband, Craig Schelske went through a nasty, public divorce.

Craig Schelske is suing TMZ for defamation. According to Courthouse News Service, Schelske says TMZ defamed him by reporting that Evans found hundreds of photos of him having sex with other people.
“Craig Schelske of Marion County, Oregon sued TMZ Productions; EHM Productions, which makes “TMZ on TV;” and managing editor and TMZ-on-TV star Harvey Levin in Superior Court on Tuesday,” reads the report.

Schelske claims the show left viewers with the idea that Evans found out he was cheating after finding the photos of him having sex with other people.
The documents also showed texts from Sara to her ex, stating that she tells her children everything they read is false.
After TMZ refused to remove the story, he sued them for defamation and false light. Watch the video that he’s suing TMZ over below.
